Mursaleen Khawaja is a specialist digital and technology recruiter at Madison Pearl, a leading executive search firm founded in Dubai with operations across the globe. He holds an extensive track record of placing mid to c-suite professionals across the Middle East & Africa region. Prior to joining Madison Pearl, he was employed with a global search firm focusing in their internal talent acquisition team

Mursaleen was raised in the UAE and is accustomed to the local culture and traditions, Mursaleen also holds two bachelors degrees from ESC Clermont Business School, France and Robert Gordan University, Scotland.

As well as working directly with banking & non banking financial institutions, Mursaleen has great exposure with startups and fintech’s and he also partners with Management Consultants as their talent partner when taking their clients through transformation processes.
