Islamic Finance

Madison Pearl’s Islamic Finance team has an extensive track record in this growing sector and has developed a strong network across the region

In our network, many of the conventional banks that have had success in the Islamic arena have made a significant commitment to their Middle East and South East Asia offices. However, many newcomers now are going down the route of Islamic windows because it leverages their position rather than dilutes the strength of their bank.

A number of our conservative clients i.e. Private family offices and Islamic banks have an appetite for experienced Islamic bankers that have had considerable exposure in the Islamic finance sector. Our consultants have developed a niche where they have a strong network in the Sharia-compliant space across a limited pool of candidates.

The global Islamic finance sector is now spreading across North Africa where governments have been introducing new regulation as they seek Sharia-compliant alternatives for decreasing conventional funding sources, and try to plug current account deficits.

Our consultants have experience placing senior candidates across all business lines within the Sharia-compliant structure of International banks and pure Islamic banks.
