Mounia Habachi

Mounia is a specialist recruiter with Madison Pearl focused on working with asset managers and investment banks across the GCC.

She leads the delivery of searches for global investors and investment banks with operations across the MENA region. Her clientele includes sovereign investment vehicles & their portfolio companies, alternative investors, investment banks, pension funds, endowments, and other government related entities.

She has a strong interest in applying data-driven solutions to business problems and enhancing the customer experience. She has a diverse educational and professional background, having studied and worked in different countries including Brazil, South Korea, France, Czech Republic, Morocco, and United Arab Emirates. She specializes in fields such as engineering, finance, and logistics. She is fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Spanish, and have multiple certifications in data science, leadership, and language proficiency.

Mounia is an Honours graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Management Sciences and a Master’s degree in Business Analytics.
