Areej is currently working within the Technology and Financial team at Madison Pearl, Dubai Office.

She was born and raised in Dubai and possesses an in depth understanding of the regional culture and traditions.

She is responsible for managing mid to senior level positions having closed several C-suite roles across the MENA region. Prior to joining Madison Pearl, she has worked with globally recognized firms within Banking, Finance, Legal, Technology and Government sector, advising on recruitment and transformation projects.
