Her expertise includes recruitment, client advisory on: HR strategy and policies, employee engagement, labor relations, contracts & remunerations as well as workforce diversity. Adele was a senior retained search consultant for a major recruitment firm in the GCC and has worked on numerous international and regional senior mandates. Adele has a National Diploma in Human Resource Management & Recruitment.
