Job Description:
On behalf of one of the world’s leading international banks, we are seeking multiple Senior Insurance Product Specialist to join their dynamic team.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage individual insurance portfolios to ensure the highest rate of customer satisfaction.
- Partnering with experienced Relationship Managers to create insurance opportunities by identifying customers' wealth management needs and introducing appropriate insurance solutions with experienced Relationship Managers to create insurance opportunities by identifying customers' wealth management needs and introducing appropriate insurance solutions.
- Achieve the insurance sales targets by collaborating with the assigned -Relationship Managers/branches.
- Drive tactical programs to develop a robust insurance culture on need-based financial planning for affluent segments.
- Implement the Group’s/Bank’s Compliance policy by managing compliance risk, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, fostering a compliance culture, and optimizing relations with regulator.
*Remark: Multiple work locations available across branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 5 - 6 years of insurance experience, with solid insurance knowledge with BANKING Experience.
- Passes in IIQE Examinations Paper 1, 2 & 3.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong customer service mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services for customers.
- University degree in a related discipline and preferably with relevant qualifications such as CFA, CFP, or CFMP.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with the ability to work under pressure.
- High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services for customer.
