Shynelle D’costa

Shynelle is a Manager and part of the Nationalization team at Madison Pearl.

Prior to joining Madison Pearl, Shynelle was working inhouse with a Big 4 company as part of their Human Capital division supporting their hiring needs across the MENA region.

Shynelle has a solid track record in placing mid to senior professionals across MENA region. In this role, she has supported various department heads by acting as their Recruitment Advisor on their hiring decisions. Having been in the region for the last 5 years, she has built her portfolio with Nationalization hiring across the Middle East focusing on the UAE and the KSA markets. As part of her role with Madison Pearl, she focuses on delivering searches for Nationalization projects across the GCC.

Shynelle was born and raised in India before moving to the UAE where she pursued to study her Master’s degree in Human Resources from University of Wollongong in Dubai.
