Job Description:
Our client, a prominent financial services company in Saudi Arabia, requires an incumbent to conduct extensive research and prepare, write, and edit executive speeches, releases, articles, letters, and other communication documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- The incumbent in this role should be able to gather information related to the topic from local, regional, and international sources by analyzing data from electronic print and other media outlets.
- The professional should possess the ability to write, edit, and prepare a variety of documents, including speeches, speaking notes, briefs, messages, letters, PowerPoint presentations, and articles.
- Review speeches and other communication documents to ensure that the information is relevant and up to date.
- The individual review & develop new and existing policies, factsheet & communication document.
- The incumbent will review the voice, tone, audience, and culture to prepare a speech best suited for the CEO and executive team.
- Ensuring the speech is conversational, and the objectives will be clear to the audience.
- Scheduling a rehearsal session with the speaker and providing them with the necessary support.
- Write speeches for senior executives and CEOs on various topics, including but not limited to economic outlooks, financial markets, geopolitics, and company strategy.
Key Requirements:
- 7 + years in strategic communication or speechwriting skills within an investment management firm, government services, or international affairs.
- Experience in working & collaborating with C-suite level & royal delegates & ministers.
- Solid experience in Strategic development and project management skills across Corporate Communications, PR, Marketing, and Events Management.
- Skill in conducting research and in conceptual and analytical thinking.
- Skill in writing and editing, including a strong command of English.
Educational Requirements:
- Mass Communications or Public Relations or a related area, emphasizing performing writing and editing duties.
- Knowledge of media issues, social marketing theory and practice, communications strategies, and behavioral sciences.
