Job Description:
Manager / Senior Manager – HNW clients – financial and insurance products.
My client is major banking and insurance provider in Hong Kong with an established business servicing HNW and corporate clients. They are seeking an experience team or divisional manager to drive their continued expansion.
You will be responsible for delivering personalised relationship management and financial solutions to HNW clients and, in addition growing and managing a team, or teams, or subordinate relationship managers.
Role:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, serving as their dedicated financial consultant and understanding their unique financial needs and objectives.
- Regularly engage with clients through meetings, calls, and networking events to provide personalized guidance, market insights, and investment recommendations.
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests, resolving any issues or concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Recruit, train, develop, and motivate a team of Elite Bankers, fostering a high-performance culture and empowering them to deliver exceptional client service.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through the acquisition of new high-net-worth clients, as well as the expansion of existing client relationships.
- Proactively identify potential business opportunities within the market, staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities to develop innovative strategies.
- Provide One-stop banking services referral.
Requirements:
- Currently working as Relationship Manager, Branch Manager or Division Manager.
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent knowledge of financial products and investment strategies, coupled with a deep understanding of the local market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at senior levels, as well as collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
