Our client, a government entity in Abu Dhabi is now looking for a Head of Projects Implementation to join their expanding business. This position is strictly for UAE Nationals with family book only.
The key duties for this role are to managespecial activities, to design (implementation for success) programmes, including oversight of daily activities for programme implementation, management of statement of interest forms, full presentation and evaluation procedures, and support for programme launches.
This person would also need to develop priorities and strategic plans to ensure continuous improvement of implementation programmes against results, and to determine strategic priorities for implementation programmes against expected results by making use of research, stakeholders input and other relevant standards.
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in strategic planning and implementation, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role. You will need to be able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. You should be a holder of a bachelor’s degree in business management or relevant field, fully bilingual in English and Arabic is essential for this role.
